Looma is based in Canada. Our manufacturer is based in China, but please don't attach a negative quality to that! We have super awesome feedback on Looma, and a great customer service team to assist you for easy returns.
Tracking can take a few days to update once shipped. Please be patient
Returns / Exchanges
We have a 15 days return policy. you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Please contact us! from there. Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, and once the tracking updates we will send you a new pair! We will cover the shipping costs for the mistake on our end :)
Shipping
After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress. :)
